Policy and Planning

Generally policy level decisions is a part of Good Governance. A uniform policy which is required to be be implemented at State Level is rolled out either by the Central or the State Government. Policies to implemented at organizational level are usually formulated internally by the respective organizations itself. Pertaining to the State Level Policies the role of Government becomes vital as the policy formulation involves collaboration of multiple Government and Private stakeholders. Drafting a policy document requires extensive brainstorming, discussions, and deliberations with top level officials, domain experts and public at large. Mr. Bagga while serving the State Government as Consultant has worked closely with the Department of Transport and Road Safety and assisted for formulation of various Action Plans and Policy documents in the State of Rajasthan.
